Used for commercial shipping, for the most part, lip sheets are essentially thin pallet sized sheets made out of laminated paper or plastic. Pallet liners slip sheets are used as a base on which to transport, assemble, store and handle materials as a unit load.
In today’s world with globalization, everything thing is available to us even if it is a thousand miles away in the other corner of the world. On average a slip sheet takes 1/30 ratio of the space occupied by a pallet making it an important factor in the significant decrease of shipment costs.
Slip sheets are generally reliable, reusable and recyclable making them the perfect option for companies who are thinking of going green or are already environmentally friendly. A drawback of slip sheets it, however, it may not provide a lot of protection to the packages and boxes in case of a spill on the floor and also drawing or dragging a slip sheet loaded with cargo might damage it. In any case with the latest lifting options available, handling should not be an issue as pallet liners slip sheets have more pros than cons.
